Loader blocked by antivirus/VCRUNTIME error

If your browser blocks the Download, please disable any antiviruses that may be installed on your PC as the file may be detected as a virus by windows/browser because it is packed to prevent reverse-engineering. Please read below how to disable Windows Defender antivirus.

If you have successfully downloaded it and the Loader does not open OR gives you a message box saying "VCRUNTIME.dll is not found", install the following:

If it still does not open / is being blocked by your anti-virus, please use a tool called "Defender Control" (download link, zip password is "sordum") to disable Windows Defender permanently.
